Workshops

I offer rainbow workshops teaching people how to develop awareness and sensitivity to vibrations and frequencies, thus enabling them to better understand and deal with the energetic frequency shifts that are taking part at this time, both physically and emotionally and on a planetary level.

The workshops include the use of sound with various instruments, listening to music, working with the voice, colour and the use of therapeutic grade essential oils, and also working with our connection to nature.
